Dynamic Improvement Consultants is associated with COPE manila, they are a group of professionals which offer very valuable awareness training to managers and training professionals.

In the Management and Training environment there is nothing more valuable than knowing the personnel to whom you will offer said training or that you will have to manage in a variety of very
complex projects.

COPE offers a trademarked management and training tool called TRUE COLORS, this is a personality based, non-sense approach of evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of the people which form teams in organization and/or  you will face when providing training.

True colors allows the managers and trainers to understand the personality of those people in their charge, and understand how to best either manage or train them, giving excellent insight into the reasons for specific behaviors, and ways that people have when they perform any task.
